Additional Barrel Information: Orginally Ex-Bourbon barrels that then held Grape Brandy described as a smooth, sweet flavor with hints of brown spice and vanilla. Soft and light-bodied and finishing crisp. Maple syrup then rests in these Ex-Grape Brandy barrels, aged to taste until they reach peak flavor. Barrels ship with an additional 500-750 mL of high proof neutral spirit and purged with inert gas to prevent spoilage.
