Additional Barrel Information: Orginally gin rested in ex-bourbon barrels, deeply infused and bursting with juniper. Heavy juniper focus, blended from multiple small distilleries, private label bottled. Gin is bottled under private labels. While specific batch/client combinations are confidential even to us, private labels include Seagrams and Pernod Ricard. Maple syrup then rests in these Ex-Gin barrels, aged to taste until they reach peak flavor. Barrels ship with an additional 500-750 mL of high proof neutral spirit and purged with inert gas to prevent spoilage.
